November 13, 2024Rebranding, Changing the name to "North Park Towers" this place has done absolutely nothing the old "Sapphire" is still out of date no washer and dryers in unit, no self control AC OR Heat in unit, Ac Breaks and leaks all the time and the Management is terrible and Unprofessional. They charge you for the littlest things, 10% of your rent if you late because of emergencies they don't work with you at all even if its not your fault. this place thinks they can just change there name and get away ...with the same stuff. everything break around here I'm telling you if you are thinking about moving in here don't do it. i will never in my life recommend this place to anyone. This was the worst place i ever lived and iv only been here 8 months. please do me a favor and don't live hereProperty Manager Responded
