Valley Rental Management
February 18, 2024I will never recommend that anyone rent under any property managed by Valley Rental. I have never had such a bad experience with a company. The Valley Rental management team is beyond rude and never available. They never answer their phones and are never in their office even during “office hours.” If you do decide to move in/out, check the check in/out sheets 110% of the time before signing. I would also highly recommend taking pictures of the entire apartment when moving in/out. They will ...overcharge you after moving out claiming that nothing was cleaned and that they needed to do all this extra bs with the apartment, therefore charging you way beyond your deposit. Terrible!!
October 7, 2018This was the worst place I have ever lived. Management was terrible. We had many issues with people not picking up after there dog and I complained many times. Nothing was ever done until I threatened to go to the city. Maintenance guy was always rude and would never knock he would just come in when he pleases. There was many people who smoked weed in the building with children in there unit. I reported it to management and they told me to call the police because it wasn't there problem. I will ...never rent from an IRET property again. It was absolutely the worst experience ever. Upon moving out and doing our move out walk through. Everyone was rude and just told me to sign some papers it wasn't even a walk through. Absolutely horrible place to live.Property Manager Responded
