Smelled like old tobacco

Moving in I thought everything would be great. The apartment they showed me was clean and not too tiny. However they moved me into a different building and my entryway smells terribly of smoke. It's clear many residents smoke indoors. Also my next door neighbor has a dog that barks endlessly. I brought this to management's attention and they said they'd handle it but nothing changed. I'm paying way too much to be ignored.

I moved into North Point Commons about 6 weeks ago from NYC. The apartment was gorgeous, big, new, clean, and the staff/moving process could not have gone better. Moving here was 100% the best choice I could make. Good price, great location, and a beautiful home.
