North Pointe Villas, Luxury Apartments?
May 15, 2019When you come across these apartments, they look wonderful! Gorgeous lush plants, clean environment, nice pool. Outside, there is a sign that claims they are luxury. I decided to take a tour because a friend lives here and they said it was an okay place to live, not great, but okay. I took a tour of 2 apartments and in both, I noticed hair under paint, as in, they don't really clean before painting and if there are strands of hair, they don't bother removing them before painting. Also, they have ...popcorn ceilings, how's that luxury? The water flow is ridiculously weak. Look at walls, corners, doors, they've all been Mickey Moused to look decent. There are bumps on the walls where they have patched holes but did not bother sanding down before painting. CHECK the details, guys. The caulking in the bathrooms and kitchen is horrible! It is not worth to pay this much money per month when they claim to be luxury and everything is half-done. Also, what luxury apartments have carpet in the living room? That's old school and NOT luxury. Also, the office has nice double paned windows, so you visit and it's a wonderful little office, perfectly fixed to deceive you into thinking they're high-quality apartments; I noticed that the rest of the apartments on the front do not have double pane windows, the noise level must be horrible for them. If you claim to be luxury, you need to up your standards. I've convinced my friend that they're being jipped by these people. Also, it's not wheelchair friendly/accessible... I wasn't able to bring my mother along on the tour because of this.Property Manager Responded

North Pointe villas
September 29, 2015North Pointe villas is an excellent place to call home. It's safe and very clean. I enjoy the pool and laundry room it is very convenient for me and my mother. Great Place to Live
August 31, 2015I have lived at North Point Villas for almost two years. I love the landlord. The complex is well kept and maintained. It is a quite complex with friendly neighbors. I would suggest it to anyone. The prices have gone up a bit but it seems pretty standard for the area, especially taking into account how large the apartments are.Review from Apartments.com
A No-Brainer!
August 29, 2015I have been proud to call the North Pointe Villas in La Habra, CA home for the past two years. A quick look at the lovely landscaping and charming red doors that welcome you to each apartment really make this complex immediately stand out. The apartments themselves are spacious and have decently updated appliances. Each apartment also features beautiful arches and patio space. The pool, on-site laundry facility, and gated access are great amenities, especially for the price! They are also walking ...distance to major grocery and drug stores, popular restaurants, and other small businesses. My only complaint is the lack of central air conditioning, as these Orange County summers can be tough to bear! I love it here!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
