Hope you don't need anything fixed.
May 26, 2020Getting maintenance to fix anything is nearly impossible. Unless it is an actual emergency. Office personnel will lie to your face about making sure that maintenance will be there to fix whatever it is that needs to be fixed.Property Manager Responded

Terrible
September 12, 2019Apartments are just nasty. Carpet was musty & so was the air quality. Very humid & stinky inside. No matter how much I cleaned + kept clean & even drowned everything in bleach even put scented wall plug ins, the smell never went away. My clothing would even smell musty. Idk what it is but something is not right because it’s a terrible smell. Maintenance never came back when they said they would. Kitchen has mice they went under my stove and in my cabinets. Dropping were in all my dishes! I’d ...randomly find roaches in my closets Don’t move into here!Property Manager Responded

GREAT PLACE TO BE
April 10, 2019This is our second year living here and we like our place! Maintenance has gotten so much better our maintenance man Brandon is amazing, came and fixed everything on one day and really worked hard on the hard projects. Perfect sized space for 2 people and our building is nice and quiet! You can see they are starting to renovate some apartments and hopefully they get to all of them so it is a great place to check out and would definitely recommend living here. Only if there's nowhere else to live
June 11, 2018We weren't allowed to see our apartment until the day before we moved in, mice have eaten holes underneath our kitchen since and nothing has been done about it. We didnt get a.c. until we had lived here a month!!! It's freaking summer! We were dying of sweat day and night. Neighbors are incredibly, extremely loud and inconsiderate. They play music and have parties till dawn and their kids pound on walls, scream and throw trash at cars and in grass. The office by the way, no matter how you try ...to address issues will not do anything about it other than tell you what you want to hear. You can get away with anything. The office has a breed restriction list on dogs which is understandable but tell you that you can't have your dog here but the next day you'll see a neighbor with the same breed, walking it around and no one says anything. Walls are paper thin so you can hear everything your neighbor is doing, and I mean everything... Only lived here a little while but will definitely not be signing here again. Roomy but not worth it.
March 17, 2018The apartment is roomy, 1200 sq ft with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. I love how it comes with appliances such as dishwasher, washer, and dryer. However, these are the reasons I give this a low rating... Maintenance is slow and rarely came by and fixed things. They promised renovation, but never came through even during the 3 years we lived here. The neighbors are rude, loud, and disrespectful. The walls/ceiling are paperthin; one can hear about every conversation and noise-making activities from ...the units above/below. There are not enough parking spots, so you are made to park furthur down from your own building. This place is great for those who are looking for a year or two to crash somewhere. Otherwise this place is NOT an ideal place to live over a long period of time.Property Manager Responded

No!
October 28, 2017They didn't let us see our apartment until the day we were scheduled to move in, when they told us they still needed to replace the capret throughout. So, after we moved all our stuff in, we had to move it all again from room to room while they did the carpet. Maintenance is atrocious. Nearly nothing has been fixed, even though they've been to our apartment several times. We had the ceiling in our upstairs bathroom torn apart for over a month, and all they did was screw the panel back on after we ...complained about it, without fixing the problem. They did replace the bathtub faucets, but didn't seat them, so they scream when you turn on the water. Entry stairs were cracked and wobbly, and they would only replace a few of them. So many issues I cannot list them all, although I will mention that there have been several cockroch sightings. Exterminator put some dollar store traps in cabinets and on floor, and used some dried out bait that fell out of the cabinet hinges once they were opened. Management and office staff do not listen and will tell you just about anything to shut you up. The only good thing about the apartment is that it is spacious. Had we found an available house for rent by the time we had to move, we definitely would NOT be living here. Steer clear!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 8, 2015Lived at the complex for two years, the three bedroom apartment has tons of space on two floors! Great for three roommates or a family, has two bathrooms (both with showers). My only complaint is that maintenance takes a little longer than they should to fix things (our dishwasher has been finicky the entire time we've lived there) but they've gotten better about it in the last six months! Rent is about 750,but split between the three of us it's very manageable!Review from Apartments.com
