AWFUL! Do not do move here!
May 17, 2022TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT! The units themselves have water damage, mold, and leaks all over and maintenance comes and essentially band-aids the problem. The windows are so old they don't even stay open without propping it. Since the Cabot Group took over, the property has went down hill. They didn't even fix the gutter when it got ripped off in a windstorm, they just took it off and called it a day. The property manager is rarely available and when you do get ahold of someone, she is incredibly rude. ...Don't spend your money unless you want to deal with problems all the time.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

May 16, 2022The complex is super old and run down. The management company doesn’t fix anything, just band-aids everything with spray paint. Water damage and mold throughout the entire unit. The property manager is completely unprofessional and downright rude! Do not move here, it is a nightmare!Review from Apartments.com
