As a happy resident for the past three years, I really appreciate the strong sense of community here; it feels more like home than just an apartment complex. February 13, 2026I absolutely love this apartment & the community I am in here! The office gals are wonderful, and helped to make the transition here smooth & painless. The apartment itself is very nice - spacious & open with great natural lighting. The community is a quiet community, but has some wonderful neighbors that are always lend a helping hand when needed. It is conveniently located off of 10, and allows you to get to downtown Appleton in just 15 minutes along with being less than a 10 minute drive to ...Target, Walmart, most grocery stores & food places!Property Manager Responded

I never want to move!!
February 12, 2026We moved into North Shore at the end of April 2025 with my boyfriend of two years, and I feel compelled to share how much of a difference Tori and current property manager Julie and her team have made in my life in such a short time. Moving can be overwhelming, but from the very beginning Tori and Julie’s kindness, patience, and genuine care made me feel at ease. They don’t just manage a property, they created a welcoming, supportive environment that truly feels like home. Every interaction with ...her and her team has reminded me that I am not just a tenant, but a valued part of this community. Her team reflects that same compassion and dedication. Whether it’s the way they respond so quickly to needs, or the way they treat residents with warmth and respect, they carry themselves with a professionalism that is heartfelt, not transactional. For example, our heat was having issues during the cold snap recently. I had called the office and maybe not even 10 minutes later Julie hand delivered it to us. Our maintenance man Lance is one in a million. His attention to detail is world class. It is rare to encounter people in this line of work who put so much of themselves into creating a positive experience for others as I work in customer service myself. Please know that Tori,Julie, Heather and her staff have had a very real impact on my boyfriend and I. At a time when stability and kindness mean more than ever, they have provided both in abundance. For that, I am deeply grateful. We love living at North Shore in Menasha! I just want to reiterate service is top notch, Lance our maintenance man is so kind and friendly! He goes above and beyond in his work. We are also so lucky to have Heather and Julie in office! They make our home here feel safe and that we can always ask them questions if we need anything! Their customer service is superior. I feel like this is a great community, family oriented, and lucky to live in this Toonen property. 10 out of five stars if I could rate it that! We are so blessed. Satisfied Long-time Tenant
February 10, 2026North Shore Apartment Homes was selected as home because it is close to family and has a no-pet policy. It was originally intended to be a temporary home while considering a possible condo purchase. However, that never happened because it is nice to not have the responsibilities of home ownership while living a somewhat minimalistic lifestyle. The apartment is quiet with neighbors who are respectful of one's privacy. Problems are quickly resolved by the management staff and a maintenance staff ...who promptly make repairs and replace appliances when needed.Property Manager Responded

We like it!
June 10, 2024Only two nights spent here so far, but we love this place. The complex has a spread-out feeling with lots of green space. The 2-bedroom 2-bathroom apartment will suit our needs perfectly, and we were very impressed with the condition. The office staff is excellent and provided all the information we needed prior to move-in. Expectations for following apartment rules were made clear, and we're very happy to comply in exchange for a pleasant place for everyone to live. Great!Property Manager Responded
