Best place to call home
March 13, 2026This complex is the only one to look at me as a person and not my background. Mrs. Mel has been an angel when all hope was lost she said give her an hr and now we got the keys to the apt if anyone is having any trouble finding a place to call home I highly recommend coming to North Star apts!Review from Apartments.com

They're always willing to go the extra mile for their residents which makes it one of my favorite places I've lived. May 17, 2023Management and maintenance were so friendly and helpful! Perfect for a first apartment! The studio I lived in had plenty of space for me and my cat. Overall I was very happy with my experience. The close proximity to Walmart and many many other stores and restaurants is a great bonus. How about no.
March 24, 2020Looks nice until you inspect the place in detail. Scrapes and other things you don’t report as you will be noted as you did it so there goes your security deposit. They said they’d fix the parking lot but they just painted over all pot holes and drew new parking spaces. There are no professionals who installed anything so basically the floors seep with water when it rains or floods. Neighbors are um... interesting. Let’s just say if you like hearing other peoples conversations at 4 in the morning ...because the walls are very thin, this would be your place.Property Manager Responded

January 10, 2020This place used to be a dump but since the new owners bought it, its a complete 180. They have remodeled the entire place with new appliances and floors and hired a new great staff. I recommend this place to everyone. Its super convenient right next to walmart, always there when you need them, and at the right price for what you get. January 9, 2020My apartment is great! I have all new paint, new black appliances and even new ceiling fans and light fixtures. The exterior lighting is so nice to have. The owners and staff really care about their residents. They have even put up all new fencing around the property as well as new solar screens which make the place look so good.
