January 11, 2019Stay away from this place if you want to be safe from ever inflating bills, pest, open air daytime drug deals in the parking lot on the daily and people just coming in your building in what is supposed to be a secure building system. It seems to me like management or the company is having the bad reviews lifted from this site.All the good people are moving out and not looking back.The complex is simply not safe.cars get broken into,prostitution and mean and nosy neighbors that will try to get ...you evicted and on top of that.It will take you forever to get the maintenance people to do anything because upper management just want to get rent from you,but never fix anything right. Its the worst place I have ever lived and if you have children please stay away.There are several known pedos in the complex and management has yet to do anything about having them removed from the property of making sure that have reported to the proper officials.So glad that I moved out of that dump.The place has gone through countless owners in the last 5 years and there is a reason for that!You have been warned!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

September 23, 2015I am on my 2nd year in Northtowne Villa Apts. I have had no real major issues..Leaky faucet. Air needed a kickstart , but when i called the Office Shana was on it right away, Air was fixed when i was at work. and the faucet was fixed in 5 mins...Maintenance crew are great, really professional guys..Office is attentive and caring..Review from Apartments.com

August 14, 2015I love my apartment but I only wish their was more closet space to more cloths away and art and crafts. My master bedroom is great you can but a king size bed in my room and still have space. There is a lovely sun room I can sit with my two cats, and on a clear night you can see some amazing stars in the sky. If you love nature there is a great nature trail to walk along with some huge trees. Also management is great!Review from Apartments.com
