Multiple Maintenance issues I have lived here just short of three years and have had multiple kitchen sink issues, GFI outlet issues, and my water heater leaked into my first floor vents and had to be replaced. With the sink I keep mentioning that it needed snaked since moving in in the fall of 2023. That finally happened in April 2026. With the water heater it was replaced and there were Fallon's of water left in my vents. Rather than sending a professional plumber to clear them out it sat for a ...
weekend in March 2026 and then maintenance came on a Monday, removed roughly 20 gallons to of water and left me with a "guarantee" of no mold. I followed up with tickets and inoerson about a lingering smell and nobody has returned or offered a mold check. I'll be moving out by September 14, 2026.

A/C Repair I had a great experience with my apartment maintenance team during my A/C repair. From the beginning, they took the issue seriously and worked hard to find the best long-term solution instead of just applying a temporary fix.
While they were diagnosing the problem, they provided me with a portable A/C unit so I could stay comfortable, which I really appreciated—especially during the heat.
After thoroughly troubleshooting the system, the maintenance team determined that replacing the ...
outside A/C unit was the best option. They completed the replacement professionally, and my air conditioning has been working great ever since.
I truly appreciate their communication, responsiveness, and commitment to getting the job done right. Thank you to the entire maintenance team for the excellent service!

Air & Animals in the wall I’ve lived her 3 almost 4 years now and my AC not working is an ongoing thing every summer. There are also large animals in the wall and office refused to respond or acknowledge emails. I’ve also been trying to get into my portal since the new property manager has been here with no response to any of my emails regauding moving into a new unit because of all the issues in this one yet they raise rent and i’m paying just as much for a 2 bedroom. The only thing i can say ...
is i feel safe here and wish that management would respond or listen to me about moving units so i can continue to live here & live healthy in a different unit.

Fixed Furnace After several calls and follow-ups regarding issues with our furnace, we finally had a new maintenance technician come out to properly inspect and repair the system. Since then, it’s been working much better, and our apartment has been staying cool consistently without us having to go to extremes to maintain the temperature.
I’m relieved to finally have the issue resolved and hopeful this will make for a much more comfortable and manageable summer.

Decent Maintenance Lately, it’s been a bit challenging to get a response from the office regarding testing our AC ahead of the summer heat. After several attempts to reach out, maintenance was eventually sent over and confirmed that everything is working properly. They also installed a new blind while they were here, which we appreciated.
This has been the most back-and-forth we’ve experienced with management in the five years we’ve lived here. Aside from that, we’ve really enjoyed our space, ...
