May 11, 2026Fixed Furnace After several calls and follow-ups regarding issues with our furnace, we finally had a new maintenance technician come out to properly inspect and repair the system. Since then, it’s been working much better, and our apartment has been staying cool consistently without us having to go to extremes to maintain the temperature. I’m relieved to finally have the issue resolved and hopeful this will make for a much more comfortable and manageable summer.Property Manager Responded

April 20, 2026Decent Maintenance Lately, it’s been a bit challenging to get a response from the office regarding testing our AC ahead of the summer heat. After several attempts to reach out, maintenance was eventually sent over and confirmed that everything is working properly. They also installed a new blind while they were here, which we appreciated. This has been the most back-and-forth we’ve experienced with management in the five years we’ve lived here. Aside from that, we’ve really enjoyed our space, ...the community, and generally feel safe living here.Property Manager Responded
