June 7, 2025I have been at NNW for about 4 years at this time. I love the location of the building but I do think that the elevators break too often, the gym did not have ac for 2 summers in a row and its really hard to get a cart from the concierge to carry groceries upReview from Apartments.com

May 28, 2025Just moved out after living here for a year. Maintenance never got back to any issues I had, most front desk workers were never of any help for any questions. The northwest tower always smells of garbage during the spring and summer. I assume there are better options for the price you pay for this apartment complex.Review from Apartments.com

Elevators constantly breaking, mold in the AC/heaters, outdoor areas by doors always smell strongly of dog pee. November 7, 2024I just recently moved here and have loved it so far! Everyone is so sweet (neighbors, staff...) and that rooftop view is priceless! I only dock 4 starts because sometimes the street can be a bit loud but it really isn't a bother as well as some minor things in the apartment that need fixing!
