I have had the pleasure of residing here for the last year and I cannot rave enough about it. First, the location is magnificent!!! Being in the Old Fourth Ward and having Beltline access in your backyard is prime real estate!!! Second, the leasing staff is magnificent!! They do an awesome job at making this a pleasant and comforting place to reside. The monthly resident activities are a plus as well. This is the first place I have resided at where they are actually fun and entertaining, and this ...
is evidenced by the amount of residents who attend. Last but not least, they have the best pool and annual pool party!!!

Love my apartment

I have lived at North & Line for 5 months now and I have no complaints. The team in the leasing office is fantastic as is the maintenance team. Issues have been resolved same day or next for sure. The location can’t be beat and the building is pretty quiet. Resident social events seem to have a great turnout. My not complaint is that there isn’t guest parking.

Overall great experience! The only negative is the main elevator seems to be out of order a lot (the primary one for the middle of the building) which is closest to me and most convenient to the mail room, but otherwise great resident events and high end appliances for the apartments. Very happy.

I am a new resident and so far so good. Leasing office and maintenance are both friendly and quick to respond. Management is upfront about costs and fees from the start. Common areas and amenities are well kept and clean
