Excellent service
April 29, 2025I visited the property to see if there were any 2-bedroom apartments available—unfortunately, there weren’t. I can definitely see why there are no larger apartments available; the place is lovely. Kathy asked if I wanted to tour the model unit, but I didn’t want to do that to myself knowing there wouldn’t be any available soon. Unfortunately, I can’t wait for a 2-bedroom to open up because I need to move within the week, but I would absolutely recommend this property. The staff is friendly, and ...Kathy, who mentioned she’s just starting, is doing a great job. I felt right at home. January 15, 2025I have lived in the north light for two years and moved out only due to commute reason. North light is the best apartment I have ever lived and I highly recommend! Beautiful room, facility and neighbor but what makes it the best is the great management and maintenance teams. Here for a few months- we chose correctly
July 23, 2024My partner and I relocated to the area because of a residency program and we toured 5 apartment complexes in the area. When we walked into Northlight we knew immediately that it was a cut above the others and since then, the care and responsiveness of the staff has affirmed that decision. From management to the leasing team and maintenance- they work hard at every turn to make you feel like your concerns matter. They solve problems, are consummate professionals, and most importantly they ...communicate so well. I’ve felt informed at every turn as they solve issues that have come up. Most recently, our AC went on the fritz during the heat wave. It was a manufacturer issue and no fault of theirs but I received a call or email each day with status updates, check ins from maintenance, saw a real sense of urgency to solve the problem, and they even brought in and installed two portable AC units in the interim. I’ve never lived anywhere that was managed by a corporate management company (or an individual for that matter) that cared like this team does.
