January 31, 2025Dryer Maintenance staff was excellent. Very timely and efficient. Maybe a little better communication between desk staff, resident and maintenance would be better. Northbrook has numerous ways to communicate with me but never do. To find out the status of any issue, I have to contact them rather than the front desk being proactive keeping me up-to-date.
