Maintenance Continues to Rock They showed up the next day, even though I assigned the issue a low priority. They were in, fixed the two issues, helped me with a third I didn't submit a request for, and they were out. They were pleasant, funny, helpful, and more like guests I had invited to my home than maintenance. I love these guys!

Professional and efficient crew I work from home and the crew that showed up was magnificent while I was on a meeting they were mindful of the noise they were making and even took care to disable my smoke detector to avoid it going off due to the map gas overall I am very satisfied with the service I hope everyone has a great day bye

Dryer Maintenance staff was excellent. Very timely and efficient. Maybe a little better communication between desk staff, resident and maintenance would be better. Northbrook has numerous ways to communicate with me but never do. To find out the status of any issue, I have to contact them rather than the front desk being proactive keeping me up-to-date. Front desk gets a C-. Maintenance gets an A .
