If I could give them negative stars I would!
September 30, 2020I’ve had nothing but problem from repairs to pest control and being harassed by the property management about my vehicles tag. The first incident was that my sticker had been stolen off my tag and the management stuck a massive sticker on my windshield Rather than knocking on my door. Second incident a kid was shot right out side my apartment in the leg. Most recently I purchased a new truck. I filed my paperwork with the state and was waiting for my title paperwork to come back because the ...state is behind due to the COVID issues (I have had the truck for 7 days) 4 out of the 7 days I was out of town for cancer treatments. When I returned I didn’t not feel well and was resting. When I did finally feel like getting out I went out to find my truck missing. After panicking thinking it had been stolen my neighbor told me that it had been towed. After speaking to the apartment management they confirmed it had been towed because it didn’t have a tag. I explained that the country is currently is in the middle of a pandemic and the processing of paperwork was a little behind. But I guess this apartment complex only gives you half the time to get your vehicle registered than the states laws do. Never follow up on maintenance
May 14, 2019The year I have lived here I had a dishwasher stop draining and when I told the front office about this they said "your single you don't need a dishwasher". People will back into your car and again you let the front office know and show them the footage from your dash cam, all they said is "how do we know if they live here". Now the ac drain was blocked and I woke up to soggy carpet, and it smelled. They blew out the drain and called the carpet people to come out. Let just say they so called ...suck up half the water and spray some kind of air freshener on the carpet (didn't help at all) and told me to run the fan they left and my air conditioner fan non stop for 3 days. The next morning the smell was unbearable and of course the carpet people came out and spray some more of the so called air freshener and said they would be back out in 2 days. Here it's day 3 and the carpet smells like old pee. The carpet was never cleaned just the water was sucked out half way and sprayed with something. When I told the maintenance guy I'm going to check in to a hotel until this is taken care if his reply was "you do you". So if you want an apartment that never repair and people hitting your car, driving fast while children are out playing then this is the place for you.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
I will not live there again
February 1, 2018We lived in two apartment complexes in the Tuscaloosa-area. In the previous apartment, we never had any issues (including cockroach issues). At Northbrook we often had cockroaches, in addition to some other issues. I'm just glad we were able to find a better option.Review from Apartments.com
Nice but could use some remodeling
September 3, 2015These apt were built in 1987 and you can tell. This pace has popcorn ceiling, the decks are a little old and could use touch up paint. Some of the and counter look like they were here since the beginning, only one light switch in a two entry kitchen, and my mom said she had the same stove that I have when she got married. Other then that place is nice, quite, friendly staff, and beautiful.
