March 10, 2016We have been here almost 2 years and we truly love this place. The management is nice and helps after hours. They went through a few maintenance people, but seems to have a full time one now and gets right on a problem and fixes it or replaces it as was in my case when my microwave quit. We love the pool and kids love the children's park. Some of the other people that live here have bad attitudes all the time but most are friendly. We like that everyone has to stick to the rules here, just makes ...it so much nicer place to live. Our kids love it here and have lots of friends to play with. Just don't!
February 2, 2016Worst management ever! The utilities are outrageous and the walls are paper thin. Neighbors have paid months of rent to break lease just to get out of here. BUGS always a problem and manager will tell you it's your fault and the manager likes to run people down in her truck harrassing them. She's always trying to kick people out of the pool that live here and don't get me started on maintenance! At one time it was a guy who lived here and then all of a sudden he wasn't maintenance anymore?! ...shady! rent is way too high for what you get and manager likes to yell at people!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

July 21, 2015The apartments are nice, BUT the maintenance services are awful. The renter of the complex makes her husband and her friends that AREN'T certified to do plumbing, electric, and etc. maintenancing. My mom has had to call to get her toilet fixed 5 times and it's still not fixed, same with the ceiling fan in my room. I would only recommend living here because the apartments are nice, the services aren't very good, but I don't have the money to move.Review from Apartments.com
