    Rachel, my apartment manager, made the move-in process quick and easy. Units are clean, nice appliances, and the amenities are top notch. My family enjoys our private "movie nights" in the theater room. I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and secure apartment to live. Monte L

    It's decent to live there. It had a lot of military presence, at least the side where I stayed out. I didn't mind the higher rent, I'm grateful for them giving us a place before we had to pcs there. The only issue I have is them depleting the heck out of your deposit even if you deep clean it before you move out and it's very frustrating when they try to send you an outstanding balance when you finally move out.

    She lies every year about reimbursement for lease renewal, she will increase rent at her own liking, and when you question her she will maintain her dishonesty until you prove her wrong, building has gone way down hill, building owner doesn’t care, no accountability, avoid this place!!!!!!

    Breakers constantly flip. ONE small window AC unit for a 3 bedroom apartment. Price of rent is not worth the hassle of living here. Summer of last year, had at least 3 power outages that lasted for hours. This summer, can't even have the portable ac unit bought out if pocket running due to if throwing the breakers. Only convenient thing about this complex is being close to the AF base. If I weren't PCSing 10 out of 10 would move somewhere else.

    Onsite Management always changes, there young and rough, low areas in lawn full of swamp water with mosquitos, when you ask them to fix or clean areas, they don’t show up. newer apartments but cheap, lots of road noise, nobody stays long, there not cheap, you’ll pay same amount in spokane, for a better place
