February 22, 2021I have lived here for almost a year and this place always has something broken wether it’s the door that doesn’t look the back door that doesn’t open with your key or the elevator is down not to mention they always have some kind of stupid fee to add to everything you do would never recommend renting from Dakota commercial my friends all said to go through someone else and I have them a try and was proven wrong I really should have listened to them please don’t move into this place it sucks!!!!Review from Apartments.com
Great Location

January 18, 2020I currently live at Northern Heights and overall it has been a really good experience! The apartments are nice, clean, and very conveniently located. The management is nice, easy to get in contact with, and takes care of issues quickly. The only questionable aspect was that when we toured the apartment the person who showed us around was somewhat unaware of the specifications of the apartment and told us the wrong rent price initially, so I would make sure to double-check some information. ...Overall, I would recommend renting a Dakota Commerical apartment.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

January 10, 2019Northern Heights is nice. The apartment building is pleasing to the eye and the room layouts are great. The process to sign a lease and move in were painless, especially with the help of Matt. I am leaving this apartment with 4 stars due to the following: you only get 1 parking spot with a 2 bedroom apartment. They leave you to find a spot on the street which sometimes is completely filled up. Another issue is the smell of our apartment. There is a lingering strong odor of curry, that will not ...leave, regardless of the tactics used.
