Hands down the absolute worst place I have EVER lived.
May 7, 2018Brace yourself for passive aggressive, threatening letters on a regular basis. The entire staff, office ladies and maintenance people go out of their way to find reasons to scold you for whatever rule you apparently breaking. They have curfews on every shared amenity which littleraly defeats the only perk of living in a complex. Alarm will go off if you dare use the gym after 10 and no do laundry after 8pm. Which by the way.. one washer, one dryer... for the ENTIRE building. That’s 12 units all ...sharing one washer/dryer. $1.75 per cycle for both. And believe me, people will tell on you the first second they get. This is essentially a retirement community and you will be sent to the principals office because someone once again tatttled on you.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Buyer beware
November 30, 2017If I could put zero stars I would have , first of all ,they are all about money not customer service . Way overpriced nothing in return.maintenance was horrible ,we lost power three times in the year and a half I live there,not to mention the $2200 a month for five months they charged me just before I moved out.. The laundry situation is a joke ,very expensive,you have to wait to use the machines. They are constantly breaking down! They kept my $500 security deposit and billed me for $800 more ...for normal wear and tear living in these old apartments.. I spoke to several people who used to live there and they had the same problems nobody gets the security deposit back. Maintenance is horrible.. The hallways the stairways the basements are filthy all the time... they try to keep the outside looking nice and that will have one nice apartment to show people who are looking to rent.. The women in their office act like they’re your best friends but beware they’re only out for your money ... all they do is throw a little paint around in the apartments and use the cheapest possible materials they can get to try to make them look nice,it’s like putting lipstick on a pig!!! Needs Improvement
August 23, 2015There are many things wrong with this apartment. For starters, none of the doors are on the hinges properly, there isn't any central a/c throughout the apartment so every room except for the room with the ac is like a sauna. The floors are sinking in throughout the apartment, the locks don't latch properly on the windows, and lastly, although there is plenty of space, the person who designed the layout needs to go back to the drawing board because the setup is completely weird. My apartment was ...apparently the apartment that everyone in the complex wanted, but after being here, I noticed I made a mistake in choosing this place. Beautiful
July 27, 2015I absolutely love living at Northgate Apartments LLC. They have the best front office personnel. The best facilities guys. And the grounds are always perfect. The pool is great and always clean. But.. By far its so quiet.. For a semi large complex. Love that. The apartments are clean and updated which is great for someone who has lived in many. Lived here for 4 years and dont plan on moving..love it!!Review from Apartments.com
