    Norgate is centrally located to schools, metro and different shopping centers. Enjoy the residents events the leasing office hosts, I really feel a sense of community here. I have lived in many places and never knew my neighbors, Northgate is not just a place to live but truly a community. Maintenance is great, they are pleasant and quicky take care of any concerns I may have.

    I lived here from 2009 till 2012 . This was my 3rd apartment ever. I had such a good experience here i would move back but i have a house. The best things i liked was the the lack of noise from other residents because the buildings have concrete between floors so you cant hear anything from above. The pool was always great and the property management company host events always in there picnic area. this is a very family friendly property and has a soccer field for the kids to play. grocery ...

    we applied for an apartment with good credit but got no call that we weren’t approved instead had to read it via email. unprofessional and when we called to find out the problem they said they already gave the apartment to someone else.

    Since I first applied to this apartment they made it seems like everything was in perfect condition and every apartment was updated with install microwave etc etc. A bunch of lies and lies once I moved in to the apartment wasn’t what they said it would be. They also left out a lot of information that I should of been informed about. They place is a bunch of crap and lies.     The people in the office are RUDE and EVIL not friendly at all. They are only friendly when you first come in to look at the apartment or to rent after that they act like they don't know you. The cleaning lady is also like them, she's not friendly at all. Other than that, Northgate is a friendly neighborhood to live in just not the people in the office.     I moved in September 2015, and will most certainly not be renewing my lease, for the following reasons: 1. I have seen at least 2 mice in my apartment. 2. They don't fix things when they say they will, and sometimes they lie and don't fix things at all. 3. The windows and patio door are so thin, that I need to keep several towels and blankets at the base of each one to keep out the cold, and keep in the heat. Even so, all my heat goes straight out, and during the winter, I'd have to turn on the ...
    emergency heat just to keep them temp above 60, which uses a TON of electricity, and therefore money. Besides all of my hard earned money blowing out the windows, they are so thin that anytime someone outside is speaking, I can hear them so well that it's as if they're in my living room. 4. They require that any time you have a guest spend the night, you have to get an overnight pass for your guest. There are no visitor's spots, so if you don't get an overnight pass, your guest has to park on the street. 5. On my first day here, they didn't give me the sticker for my car that states I live here, so my first night, I got towed, and they didn't take any responsibility for forgetting to give me my sticker when I signed the lease. Not only that, but there are cars parked here that have no stickers, and I see them here EVERY DAY, and they've never been towed. 8. Anywhere you go for information about this apartment complex will tell you the security deposit is $500, but it's actually based on credit, so keep that in mind if you still decide to brave living here. 9. They told me there are 6 inches of concrete between the floors, but I can hear my downstairs neighbors talk. 10. When you move in they give you a sheet and 24 hours to write up all of the defects of the apartment, but a sheet is not big enough. They did a rush job on the caulking in my apartment, and as such, tiles are breaking off, the kitchen looks sloppy, and the toilet is coming off of the wall. I have had nothing but bad experiences here, and would not recommend this property to anyone. The ladies in the leasing office unfortunately don't seem to communicate with one another, and it causes major grief when attempting to solve a problem.
