August 22, 2024It's been about a month since we moved to Northgate apartments. We had visited several apartment places in the area before signing up for the lease. But finally decided Northgate due to cleanliness, reasonability of the rent and approach to our school. The apartment is very neat and clean and so for we have No problems, concerns, or issues of any type. I want to thank the entire staff at Northgate including the manager of the property for their professionalism and kindness. They made the move ...hassle-free and were very welcoming. We are very impressed with how the staff conduct their business. The staff has a great service-oriented attitude each time you have to visit the office. AMAZING FAMILY HOME
June 3, 2022My boyfriend & I just recently moved here after breaking our lease at our previous place. We were looking for a nice place with staff that was respectful & helpful & this place was perfect. Every single one of the ladies in the office made the move in process super easy. Anna helped us out the most, but I was able to talk to the other two ladies, Angelina & Jenny, & they were wonderful. They accommodated us very well. We had some small quick fixes that needed to be done when we first moved in & ...the maintenance guy came fairly quickly & fixed everything. He did a wonderful job. He was very respectful & held a conversation the whole time he was here. Super friendly. Me, my boyfriend & son have LOVED this place so far. HOME SWEET HOME
March 6, 2022THIS review is 3 weeks Over due ! I'm fairly new to the mid west and Needed Somewhere to call Home. I looked into several apartment and houses NOTHING felt " like HOME ". I restarted my search online and Stumbled across a Hidden jewel nestled off of New York Avenue. From thee moment I pulled into the development it gave me that " I could live here " type of feel. I came in and Met With Anna She asked me a series of questions about what I WANTED in a Home and She ABSOLUTELY Listened to my WANTS ...and NEEDS. She contacted me a few days later with the details. I opted for stainless steel appliances and the equipment was on backorder of course I panicked I called and spoke with another Leasing agent who reassured me they would try and do the best they could to have it by my move in date. AND AGAIN they delivered EVERYTHING and MORE that was promised. I feel SAFE and SECURE no matter what time I arrive HOME. It's Quiet, Peaceful, and definitely kid approved and REASONABLY PRICED for all of the amenities you can get. It sometimes can be a chore dealing with management companies HOWEVER, This Manager and Her conglomerates of Leasing agents make the transition seamless and effortless I could not have made a more better decision than to make Northgate apartments my Home. CONGRATULATIONS to ME !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ( lol ) if I could rate my overall experience mixed in with the performance of Management It's MOST CERTAINLY A 10 OUT OF 10 and comes HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!!!!!!!!!!Property Manager Responded
