Very bad management and disrespectful
February 27, 2026This used to be the best place to live - and now it is becoming really bad! The new management does not really care for residents - requests are completely ignored or denied - the new property manager is rude and denies all requests except her own This place has only room for improvement - Will find another place to live soon.Review from Apartments.com
Disorganized and Disappointing Living Experience
July 6, 2025I do not recommend living at this apartment complex. There are several ongoing issues that make living here frustrating. The new management team is unprofessional and has very poor communication skills. They often promise to return call but never do. Important updates are said to be sent via email - but often are not sent at all. Pet policies have changed without any prior notice, which is extremely inconvenient for pet owners. Great Community

Great place to stay!!
June 13, 2019I have been living here for 2 years now and the place is amazing. They keep organizing get togethers like beer and pizza , taco and wine etc. which is a great opportunity to connect with other residents and the management.Review from Apartments.com

June 13, 2019Northgate crossing is very nice and luxury apartment. Apartments are equipped with all the modern facilities and safety wise also it is very good. Everything is properly organized and we can call for maintenance help whenever we want. I shifted to this apartment in feb 2019 and since then I didn’t face any issues. Initially I was not having car so maintenance people helped me in shifting my courier goods from leasing office to my home. It has very good connectivity to Restaurants, train station, ...and grocery stores. Worst run community I’ve lived in with 10years if renting
May 21, 2019I lived here for exactly one year. During that time the community has changed hands at least once and the staff plus managers have changed at least 5 times. One year. Things are not maintained, our place was still dirty when we moved in, dog waste containers at times were not emptied for 4 months, their boche court is missing the balls, pool table is ruined and balls chipped, no one there knows what’s going on, if you call you’re lucky to get a call back, they removed their rent drop box to make ...payment harder, their online portal for payment always has issues, doesn’t work, or shows the wrong amount. DON'T MOVE IN HERE!
December 24, 2018I'm not one for writing reviews, but I've been pushed to my limit with living at Northgate. When I took my tour everything seemed awesome, but then I moved in and was so wrong. The property was built so poorly and cheaply. I have nicks all over my cabinets, bathroom tiles, and flooring. The walls are paper thin. I can hear every single movement of the people above me and next door to me from every step they take, to every door and closet they open and close, to every time they flush the toilet, ...to mumbling voices through the vents, to neighbors having sex. Some of the other tenants are so disrespectful...they smoke on the property, leave their trash all over the parking lot and front entry halls, and one even said "I don't care if I am disruptive, I pay rent here". It's way over priced for the quality you are getting, especially to be so unhappy. It may look really nice at first glance, but it's not worth it. The new management company doesn't care about their tenants. They have done nothing to help solve any of the issues I have brought to them. They don't reply in a timely manner. They took two months rent out in one day from my account because they were late to cash my check from the previous month. They didn't seem to care that this was a financial burden for me. Ridiculous
November 24, 2018- maintenance staff will not show up for days after the work order/maintenance request is placed - trash/garbage will never be cleared (luxury?) come here and it will be nasty - no hot water. Run water for 10 mins and you’ll be out of hot water. - stinking corridors. Not sure what scent they useProperty Manager Responded
