April 16, 2021Northgate Lakes is a genuinely beautiful place and the amenities offered in the clubhouse plus the proximity to campus make it a great location to lease in. Quiet and near a lake
July 27, 2015The staff here is helpful. The rent is reasonable. The rooms are kind of small. I love the fact that my window faces a pond and I can hear the fountain. The neighbors are nice but there are a lot of "bros" and "basics" here. Although that's just a good chunk of the UCF population anyway. It's fairly quiet for college apartments. And the apartment always have little perks with parties and food.Review from Apartments.com
