Awesome place to call home
April 28, 2020The building is modern and new. Apartment is full of natural light. The staff are amazing, especially Walton, he is responsive, genuine, excels in customer relations, and goes above and beyond to make sure you feel taken care of. Nice Place with Good Access to Metro
January 27, 2016Overall I like living here. There are both pros and cons as there are with any place. I moved in about 4 months after the place opened. The staff has been wonderful. The apartments are pretty conveniently located to the Falls Church Metro and several restaurants. The area itself is pretty low key, its not as busy as Ballston or Rosslyn, but you are also not paying out the yin yang to live here either. I do wish the community had a pool and more green space. The kitchens are huge and closet space ...is pretty descent. I also occasionally hear my neighbors, but most of building is pretty respectful so really it hasn't been an issue for me, I cannot speak for others though. Northgate Apt
July 28, 2015Northgate is a new complex with nice amenities. The only thing it is really missing is a pool for the complex. The rent is a little pricy compared to other apartments in the area, but it does have the added benefit of being new, close to the metro and WOD trail. They have some security issues with their bike storage areas and with their fire alarm system. In the winter of 2014 it would go off frequently in the "preventing" placing people outside in snow storms. Because of this they do frequent ...fire alarm tests ( monthly/bimonthly) which can be distracting if you are trying to work from home.
