Absolutely atrocious management company. This place is wildly overpriced for what you actually get. The building is poorly managed, the staff is consistently rude and unhelpful, and the amenities are bare minimum at best.
The building also has constant elevator issues. The most recent breakdown was so severe that the elevator was condemned by the city and remained out of service for nearly three months. For a building charging luxury-level rent, this level of neglect is completely ...
unacceptable.
The biggest issue is the rent increases. They lure you in with a reasonable first-year rate, then hit you with a grotesque increase at renewal under the excuse of “fair market value evaluation.” They refuse to negotiate or work with long-term tenants in any meaningful way. It is no surprise there has been a mass exodus of residents recently because of how poorly this property is managed and how tenants are treated.
Between the poor management, lack of value, ongoing maintenance problems, and predatory lease renewals, living here has been an awful experience. Do not move here under any circumstances.
