    There's nothing good to say about this place. There have been three different mangers in the 5 months I've been there. Management didn't verify the condition of the apartment prior to move in. It was filthy and smelled horrible upon moving in July. The air conditioning didn't work. The heat didn't work. Both took weeks each to resolve. The stove doesn't work properly and the hood is rusted, covered in grease. The grounds are constantly covered with trash.

  • Dishonest

    I lived at that complex a couple of years ago and never had any major issues at first until the end which was the reason I left. Mice were invading my kitchen and I never was late in the 5 years I lived there and left my unit spotless. If you think you are getting a security deposit back you can forget it. In fact they had the nerve to charge me and when I didn’t pay they put me in the credit bureau. They charged me for cleaning the rugs and blinds and there was no way that equaled up to 300$. ...

    Honestly I love living here. It’s quiet and the management are really helpful. Yeah every apartment complex has its flaws but as many places I have lived I actually enjoy living here. As long as you give a 48 hour notice about any problems they fix it ASAP. Even if you let them know the same day they try their best to get your problems handled wether it’s maintenance or rent problems. Since I’ve been living here I haven’t any serious problems except for losing my keys so they changed my locks the ...

    Don’t move here the management is terrible and the maintenance doesn’t do a good job takes them days to come to fix there work orders also me and car got broken into twice. They tried and charge you extra for rent with out any paper work to sign make sure you get everything written down and signed they will try and rip you off

      I'm sorry that you're not happy with the work of our staff. I'd like to speak with you about this in person or over the phone. This way I can look up your work orders and address the timing issues as well as investigate which ones you were unhappy with. Before your lease is up you are sent a notice letting you know that your lease is about to end. You then have the option to sign a new one, move out, or stay but automatically go on a month to month plan. This is specified in the lease you signed when you moved in. This way you don't need to worry about eviction notices hindering your ability to find a new home should you choose to move out. The month to month is more expensive because without a warning of when a resident may move we can't list the home as available and the work to prep it for the next person must be done more quickly. This is a common practice in this industry. I'm sorry you feel you were misled and I would like to discuss your concerns as well as discuss your options ...
