After the current management came in (Volunteer Properties), I have had nothing but unpleasant experiences with the front office. I was at that same apartment unit for 2 years without any issues and now I wouldn’t come back there even if their rates were cut in half. The best way to describe it is a cold and unwelcoming vibe, getting passive-aggressive “warnings”, and lack of attention when there was an issue. I’ve never seen a manager actually go outside to pull weeds, go out of their way to help residents and quickly resolve issues or concerns as I’ve seen during my time living here. Excellent property. Never move here if actually care about your car being in front of your house... management is terrible to be honest, I moved out and the next month I had to pay an extra months rent after they knew I was gone, despite begging for the keys to get the unit ready for a new tenant. This apartment complex is not the one if you like to have friends or visitors over! I parked in the visitor parking near the dumpster early morning to drop the resident off at the airport. When I arrived back at Northpark Commons, my car had been towed and the property manager was extremely rude and disrespectful to me. The manager stated that it was my fault for parking near a full dumpster and the parking spots were not marked with numbers or "no parking". The owner was called and both him and ...
