Poor management
July 31, 2024My neighbor organizes kitchen and heavy furniture all night. I have been constantly waking up around 3 am. Quiet hours are from 10 pm - 7 am. Staff couldn't resolved the issue for months. I plan to move out when lease is up, but seriously, my neighbor should be the one who moves out. It wasn't fair that I am the one who is suffering as a consequence.Property Manager Responded

Horrible management and apartments
April 19, 2023Charged for broken things that were never broke and after talked with management today and they only had an attitude the whole time and then lied some more say maintenance did fix things and showed up while I was moving out to handle the water situation and that I wasn’t there with the moves. So not I am having the movers write up a notified letter and their photos sent to me for more proof. The bs and stress this apartment complex is not worth it or the lawyer fees.Property Manager Responded
