The staff is very friendly and attentive to our needs. The property manager/office person was amazing and very personable. Whenever we brought something to their attention, they quickly took care of it. They have made this place an amazing location for me to live and I love it here!

My neighbor organizes kitchen and heavy furniture all night. I have been constantly waking up around 3 am. Quiet hours are from 10 pm - 7 am. Staff couldn't resolved the issue for months. I plan to move out when lease is up, but seriously, my neighbor should be the one who moves out. It wasn't fair that I am the one who is suffering as a consequence.

They were very wonderful in my move to Plymouth! They were great on communication and helped on every step in the process! The apartment it self is perfect for me any my kids! Very friendly and close to everything we need!

Horrible management and apartments

Charged for broken things that were never broke and after talked with management today and they only had an attitude the whole time and then lied some more say maintenance did fix things and showed up while I was moving out to handle the water situation and that I wasn’t there with the moves. So not I am having the movers write up a notified letter and their photos sent to me for more proof. The bs and stress this apartment complex is not worth it or the lawyer fees.
