Don’t do it
August 30, 2022Management has changed and now it’s terrible. DONT DO IT! Cockroaches, leaky windows and old facilities, no parking, smokers, and submitted/essential service requests take at LEAST 2 weeks to respond to. I hope you like living in the dark for weeks because your outlets are out! And of course, the office staff hangs up on you. I haven’t even had the chance to talk to anyone over the phone, after 2 rings they hang up on the call. I’ve been here for 3 years and it’s just gone downhill. They’re fine until you leave
September 28, 2021This place is a joke! DO NOT RENT WITH THEM! I stayed here for years and loved it so much until after I did a nice review for them. I moved out a month ago and just received a letter saying I owe for damages that never happened! The apartment was never updated before I moved in but I’m responsible for all the damage that was there before me. The carpet was old, kitchen was never updated or touched but they’re charging me $150 replace the countertops when they weren’t even chipped and I have ...pictures. $130 for new paint when they’re suppose to paint regardless to someone moving out! $500 for carpet!!!! I regret ever giving them so a good review. My advise is to always keep pictures and luckily I did because I’m taking them to court. -BiancaProperty Manager Responded

It’s ok
September 3, 2019You ain’t gettin ur security deposit back. And they might charge you also, and if move in an apartment with used carpet u better get them to acknowledge it on paper Or they will charge you for it as if it were new, even though there’s that one time ur place flooded so bad and smelled musty for 3 weeks after. Expectations were not met
May 23, 2019My expectations were not met. The model does not represent the quality of all the units. There's a huge difference. My unit looks like a different property overall (sloppy paint job(s), cracks in ceiling, dirty walls, wall warp(probably due to leaks). I was told I would recieve immediate attention for service needs right after move in. I requested service for a foul smelling washer /dryer. They supposedly service washers/ dryers in between tenants. The smell makes me gage. I was told its first ...come first serve but they would not provide an estimated time or where I land in this queue of service. They neglected to tell me that AT&T is the ONLY option of service. Lastly, the unit was not 100% clean. Maintenance did not completely clean after themselves throughout the unit. The countertops and hard floors were coveres in dust/dirt. The representatives (specifically Melissa)in the leasing office were amazing. They even give you gift bags at move in. But that (service) gift bag of popcorn , water and tissue does not make up for how poorly the 'real' quality of the property is. As a tenant you are immideiately unimportant after the lease is signed. They put on a dance and song until leases are signed and they mislead you throughout the process. Worst experience ever.
May 23, 2017One the worst experiences ever. Once i informed them that i was moving out, they started coming up with different charges, including some fees that were previously waved 5 years ago. September 2016 i signed a 6 month lease only to find out it didn't go through 3 months later. I was being backcharged a month to month fee for each month i was living there 'till i left. They retain my security deposit , around $500, because they had to paint twice and there were some scratches on the countertop ( i ...didn't know i was not supposed to use them) Two months after i left the place they keep calling me to ask for money, threatening me they will sent me to collection. I lived there for 7 years, they just remembered i own them $120,after 5 years...... it doesn't add up.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

September 15, 2015These apartments are an amazing deal for the price. They are convenient for Macomb Community College Students, also Partridge Creek is literally right across the street. They look super nice and this is the first time I've seen a washer and dryer in each individual apartment. You don't have to worry about other people hogging the washer and dryer! The views are awesome, super nice people. Also the apartments are a really nice size with a really convenient layout ! I highly recommend !Review from Apartments.com
