    We signed a nine month lease and in that time a mouse got into our apartment on the first floor and then we experienced a roach infestation! The roach infestation started small with like 1 roach every few days we didn’t think much at first and thought we could easily get rid of them.but after a couple of weeks we started seeing 1 every night and then 5+ EVERY DAY. Thank god our lease was up when it started because these people are incompetent and truly don’t seem to be knowledgeable on how to ...

  • Terrible experience

    Terrible smell that I have not been able to get rid of for two month. The kitchen cabinets are so dirty. The HVAC did not work when it was freezing a week ago. No mailbox key for two months for only God knows why. No staff to assist. The lunch break is half the day. You rarely find the office open.

  • Not ideal

    I have lived in many places but this complex is the worst. I’ve had brown recluses, neighbors smoke inside, a cop raid happened in my neighbors apartment, poor air circulation to each room, the management have been rude and downplay complaints.. it’s just not a very good place to live. The maintenance people are very nice and that’s the main redeeming quality of the place.

  • Do Not Live Here!

    Numerous building issues, management reluctant to fix. Numerous holes in sealing of doors, a lizard got in to my apartment and apartment management acted like I was crazy. Generally not well maintained unit when I moved in, for example numerous paint spots on floors and carpets throughout the apartment. Multiple floods from upstairs apartment, clear signs of water damage to the ceiling, walls, light fixtures, and carpets. Very likely mildew and mold in the walls and ceilings, when I addressed ...
    this to manager she said they did not think that was true and were not planning to cut open the walls and ceilings to dry out and address any potential mold and mildew. Took weeks to fix ceiling light fixture damage from one flood that was then damaged again. Management only came to look at the damage after I complained and acted like it was nothing. Consistent gaslighting and downplaying damage and other issues. No clear plan to address the extensive damage, I assume they are just going to repaint. Lack of communication between management, me, and maintenance regarding these issues, for example one guy would come in to fix something, weeks later another guy came to fix something else with no knowledge of what had been fixed. Old unit is currently priced $300 more than what I paid despite actually addressing the extensive water damage, and is listed as immediately available which tells me little to no work is going to be done before someone else moves in to that unit. Only two maintenance workers for the entire complex, insufficient for the amount of work that needs to be done across the hundred+ units. Poorly managed and maintained, consistently treated disrespectfully by manager, did not feel safe or comfortable in that apartment or complex. Absolutely do not live here, it is not worth it.
