Please avoid this complex
May 31, 2024Please do yourself and your family a favor and look elsewhere. Rented here for 1.5 years and absolutely regret it. We had countless major maintenance issues that are were ridiculous and unheard of. We experienced a slab leak, burst water heater, leaking hazardous sewer gasses, needing a whole new dishwasher just to name a few. Upon move out we were hit with $1600 worth of charges for damages done to the unit by previous tenant's dog and were left unrepaired for us to pay their repair costs. February 12, 2019Wow what an amazing experience. Angela was so gracious. And super attentive to my needs. My husband and I were moving from NYC to Texas. She was willing to even take pictures of the apartment for me so that I can feel comfortable renting sight unseen. And she far exceeded my expectations. Nice, pretty, and clean apartment. With brand new appliances and amenities for my dogs. Then Angela was no longer working at our property and we had dealt with Lexie. Northridge Villas has raised the bar and set the standard for my expectation of home. From the friendly neighbors to the playground/pool; life could not be less stressful! Northridge Villas is AWESOME!
September 20, 2017We absolutely love living at Northridge Villas. We have been here for almost three years and have had no issues! Between the little shindigs in the summer, coffee and donuts in the fall & winter, and cupcakes and gifts for your birthday, you always feel taken care of and at home! Highly recommend!
September 15, 2017I've only lived here one month but am enjoying it. I haven't lived in an apartment in 27 years and was Leary about it. It's been great. My neighbors aren't a problem and there are many friendly people Ihope to get to know. The Managment and staff have gone above and beyond for me. The apartment was completely upgraded before I moved in, the bathroom was remodeled as well as all new appliances in the kitchen. A gorgeous kitchen backsplash was put on as well as a really modern tile treatment ...in the shower. For an older apartment building the upgrades really modernized it. Great place
September 15, 2017Northridge villas to me is a great community . I have lived here for a year and have just signed for another year. The property is clean and very maintained. The property manager and employees are very kind and helpful when ever there is a problem. There have been a few times that I have had some issues and the manager had no problem with working with me.. When ever the was any problems with anything in my apartment they were right there to fix it.. There is a nice pool here to relax in on a hot ...day,there is also a very nice play area for those of us who have children. And for those of us who have fury four legged children, There is a lovely dog park (Furyland) to let them off their leshes and let them run and play with other dogs. So if you are looking for somewhere with a friendly community then this is the place to come. But dont take my word on it come out and see for yourself. RCProperty Manager Responded

Great Place to live!
September 15, 2017I have lived here over a year and I have had no problems here. I love that they have a pool at my disposal. And the maintenance staff here has fixed my air conditioner as soon as I told them it was broken with no problem. They keep the grounds immaculate. The management works with you if there is ever a problem and you have a problem with your rent and I have never had that any where I have been!! She is a godly woman and I love that about her she doesn't push it off on you and she is a great ...manager!!! This is a lovely place to live and I recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment!! Bad idea
August 18, 2017If coming out here is good to you. Think twice. I have come home to management in my unit without a notice. I have had my car and property vandalized by the kids who are not home trained. Ooh and nothing gets fixed here. I got wrote up for hiring Hutchins's plumbing to fix my bathroom that has been broken for six months. I pay my rent and water on time never late. There is a pool out here the we as tenants sometimes get to enjoy. Because the manager and her church family enjoys it more than we ...do. Plus she is so focused in everyone's business that she can tell you what you do and how you do it. And her favorite tenant that spends the day with her watching television and what not she pays her to snap photos of tenants and let her go rent free. The woman gets drunk and says so. The laundry room is nasty and never works. So good luck coming here.Property Manager Responded

We strive to make living at Northridge Villas a pleasant experience and for you to enjoy coming home to your community. Management or maintenance never goes into an apartment never goes into an apartment without a work order that has been submitted by the resident unless we have an emergency situation, including plumbing issues. Northridge Villas maintenance normally responds to all submitted work orders within 24-48 hours unless something has to be ordered. No outside vendors are allowed into anyone's apartment without permission from the office first. The pool is for all residents' enjoyment; it is closed on Mondays for chemicals and cleaning. The laundry room is cleaned on a daily basis and mopped every other day. Again, we sincerely regret your experience, please call the office and ask to speak to a supervisor. We will do our best to make it right.
