August 20, 2025I have been a resident at the townhomes for 2 years now and enjoy living here. My townhome offers so much space and i absolutely love im able to park in my own garage. I have dealt with both Kelli and now Brooke both managers were so sweet and always very personable and attentive to us residents. Cory the maintenance supervisor is great as well. The community is not huge but modern and cozy and a great location right on the outer part of downtown Spartanburg , not far from Morgan square with all ...the restaurants.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
