We just moved in a few weeks ago, but this has been a wonderful experience so far. Our appliances are all new, we finally have a place with in-home laundry! Apartments are very quiet, we hardly ever hear neighbors.
They're getting ready to add a market in the lobby, super excited for that!

Great new construction! Beautiful units with a very well thought-out design. Second floor community terrace is a great place to hang out and relax and the complex is in walking distance to downtown. April and the rest of the management team have been helpful and informative.
