Not worth the money
May 7, 2023The rental rates are way off base for what the property offers: - No washer/dryer available in 2 bedroom units. Laundry rooms charge $2.00 each for washer or dryer. - Exterior paint deteriorating or non existent. Shoddy at best. - The only lawn space that looks even halfway decent is along the street or in front of managers apartment. The backside of the apartments along wooded area have large areas with no grass, mainly just dirt unless residents add their own landscaping.Review from Apartments.com
