December 19, 2022I'm really happy with this place. Kim and Brittney are friendly, with great customer service. Issues are addressed quite promptly. And any questions that I have, they are willing to answer, and give me detailed answers on things that I've wondered about. September 14, 2020The property is very poor for the cost you are to pay. Many cockroach spraying visits still won't correct an underlying issue. The unit is outdated and has utilities you would expect 30 years ago. Leaking pipes with active flow coming through dry wall on two occasions. Or have they own type nastiness or pissed off at management for whatever reason u can't make everybody happy Please talk 2 us tenants who have made Fern ...Forest our home for years and not someone who just passing through we absolutely love it here best management best maintenance pool parties Christmas parties with prizes. August 3, 2018Careful with the application process If you happen to put in an application, with your app fee and admin fee, and get approved, be sure to avoid all the reviews that the complex is overrun with ROACHES and BEDBUGS I put my application in before seeing this, then found a new place to go since I didn’t want to live in a pest paradise It seems like no more admin work was done than if I’d been initially rejected, since there was no deposit to hold the apartment or other commitments Seriously, what is ...the 100$ used for if I changed my mind?!
