And any questions that I have, they are willing to answer, and give me detailed answers on things that I've wondered about. For somewhere I needed to afford, it's way more quiet and reasonable of a place than I expected. The neighbors are friendly, and I feel comfortable being here.

The unit is outdated and has utilities you would expect 30 years ago. Leaking pipes with active flow coming through dry wall on two occasions. I have to give this property a "1 Star Rating".
