Its alright, poor paint/drywall/vent/carpet foundations !
March 23, 2025Firstly, I was lied to for a quick commission before he left the job- the day I received my keys is when I was able to see the place (I tried seeing it before hand). I have photos and videos of everything and I'm not sure if things like the wall coming apart in every room can be fixed but I'm uncomfortable looking at it daily knowing I may be to blame when its time to move. The neighborhood is nice and my neighbors are too. The structure of the apt is poorly maintained my front door doesn't shut ...all the way - just a lot of poor patch work done in my apt, the flooring comes up I can hear birds under my flooring (I'm on the 3rd floor). Maintenance came out to fix one mistake I made and left an entire mess for me to clean up really sloppy work my bf did a better job at fixing the issue. Besides the up keep of the place I think its pretty okay. I seen a few roaches but that was after the pest control came out so I gave it a pass since I don't see an infestation.Property Manager Responded

January 27, 2025My apartment is ok. Just that. My vents were painted over so my main bedroom is significantly colder than every other room. The walls are thin. You can hear everything from ppl in the hallway talking to in their apartment. Maintenance has yet to come and fix my closet doors or screens which have been damaged since I first moved in. Overall not a bad place but needs improvement.Property Manager Responded

December 23, 2024I can’t speak for all of morganproperties but,the one I currently reside at is Northwest Crossing Apartments. I haven’t had any hot water in my unit for 4days. I was scheduled to transfer to a unit that evidently wasn’t anywhere near ready for someone to transfer or move in but,was rented to me anyway. I took all the proper steps that I was told to do by the leasing office & I still don’t have a transfer date as of12/23/24,haven’t received a call or email from the office concerning my ...situation,Christmas is Wednesday,as of now me & my family Christmas is a disaster & knowone at Northwest Crossing Apartments cares because they’ll be home enjoying their holiday with family & I’ll still be in my unit with no hot water & or no date or information when my new unit will be ready. Come the first of the year morganproperties isn’t gonna hesitate to want there rent money from all tenants. I’m very dissatisfied with Northwest Crossing Apartments.Property Manager Responded

December 13, 2024The ladies in the leasing office are attentive and they try to do things in a timely fashion. For the most part the apartments are clean but neighbors will do what they want so it’s a good thing they clean the buildings weekly.Property Manager Responded
