NOT SO GOOD
February 8, 2017the first review was from 5 years ago, a lot have chance since then. 1. mice and cockroaches are a big problem 2. not enough parking, finding a parking spot after 7 or 8 PM is a big problem. 3. confused teenagers and young adults, wanting to be gangsters. 4. loud music, kids playing at all hours of the night, just crazy.Review from Apartments.com
DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE
September 4, 2016Very nasty place to live. No matter how clean you keep your apt, the roaches, mouse and all kinds of insects will show up every time since the floor creaks, holes are everywhere and smells like molds in the corner of the rooms. Plus, its so noisy with kids all over, teenagers playing loud music overnight. Parking is never available,you have to pay 25$ for overnight guest parking and they will not even issue you one until the "guest" is from another state! like seriously? The staffs are super ...rude, they will never help you or even talk to you nicely about the matters. The laundry has been broken for past month and it smells like sewer in the laundry room. I strongly recommend no one to move in a place like this. I am leaving by the end of the month and could not be any happier to get out of here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

September 14, 2015It's a great apartment. It has Carpet in all rooms, kitchen is fair enough for one bedroom and it's electric, the bedroom is also specious, and has nice bathroom. I pay for water and electricity. The neighborhood is great and safe. 10 min to 495 beltway, 7/11 and pizzahut is 5 walk. Parking is always available since no one can park without permit. Its a good place for a single guy. They also have 2 and 3 bedroom.Review from Apartments.com
