July 11, 2023Called to see if they have any availability to tour the Units they had available and the woman I spoke to was very disturbed that I asked for information she quickly asked if I was buying today instead of hearing me out, I honestly couldn’t stand talking to her anymore so i just hung up They are not friendly at all and don’t make the process enjoyable Glad i didn’t give them any of my timeProperty Manager Responded

Bad Customer Service
July 16, 2018Called inquiring for a 2bed room. The lady who answered the phone was very rude, unpleasant to talk to and seemed like I was bothering her daily routine. Glad they did not have a 2 bedroom available otherwise stated on their website.Property Manager Responded

September 7, 2016I'VE MOVED NOW....THANK GOD! MY 1ST WEEK AFTER MOVING IN A GUY COMES THRU (THE ALWAYS UNLOCKED )FRONT GATE WITH A GUN CHASING SOMEONE UP THE WALKWAY SHOOTING. ALSO,THE KIDS ARE VERY OBNOXIOUS AND BAD. THERE'S ROACHES,CRICKETS, AND POSSUMS. .DISGUSTING! I ABSOLUTELY HATED LIVING THERE. U PAY A WHOLE LOT OF MONEY JUST BECAUSE IT "LOOKS" NICE. ROACH INFESTED w poor management
November 15, 2015I was so excited to move into my apartment here! I had called months ahead asking for a unit with hardwood floors. I arrived the day before my move in day to see an apartment that is all carpeted after the management had confirmed with me multiple times that it would be hardwood. I then had to push moving in a month back, even though my movers and everything were already prepaid. This however was nothing compared to the fact that the property is roach infested!!!! They will only send an ...exterminator every two weeks, and it is some Scooby Doo kind. A day after the exterminator came I saw roaches walking around. I had the exterminator come on FOUR separate occasions and the apartment still had roaches. I began to think maybe it was me but then I asked neighbors as well and they had an even worse problem and said management refused to do anything. LEGALLY, they have to exterminate your apartments and the one surroundings yours as well. So if you want a roach infested apartment, with a building that breaks multiple Health Codes this place is for you.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
