June 30, 2022I was impressed upon move-in. The apartment was very clean and smelled really nice. The carpet looked new and everything worked (appliances, AC, etc.). There were a few minor issues but the apartment complex placed service orders for me and they were fixed within the week. The people within the apartment complex (other residents) were really kind and welcoming. I love that the hallways are indoors and the apartment is quiet.Property Manager Responded

Nice apartments! Great amenities! Great Staff!
May 10, 2022Northwind was my home for 3 years and I loved it! The staff was kind and friendly and the maintenance responded to service requests quickly. The community director, Brittany, is as sweet as can be and helped me out whenever I needed it. The apartments and the appliances are a bit outdated and the gym very minimal, but the other amenities, quietness and safety of the complex makes up for it.
