The management and maintenance were friendly, thorough, and responsive. The property manager, Valerie, was amazing at her job and the nicest person ever. I was really impressed by the preventative measures they took including mice prevention and certain plumbing screenings in all of the apartments. The grounds were kept neat and presentable and really felt like home. My only critique would be to the ...parking situation. I feel that assigned parking based on the location of your building should be enforced. Sometimes I would have to park pretty far from my apartment due to visitors parking in the resident parking spaces. Other than that, I feel that this is a great place to live and is also in the center of Newington, which has a lot of great restaurants and things to do.Read More

Management is super friendly and helpful/ quick in response to any maintenance or other issues. The units are newly renovated and spacious, and the complex itself is well kept. The location is perfect as it’s both in its own area (privacy, not noisy), but also just down the road from the center of town. Highly recommend!!
