    These apartments are a part of a great complex. We are located near a grocery store, restaurants, a junior college and the University is also near by. It is a well maintained friendly environment and everyone that works here is so welcoming. I'm a new resident and I am looking forward to living her for the rest of the school year!

    The Northwood Village apartments is a great environment to live in. My self and my family have lived her a little over a year now and love it here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The neighbors are great and not to mention they are pet friendly. We enjoy the ammendities here such as the pool, jacuzzi and the on site laundry room. We really love our neighborhood the location is great. They are right across the street from Merced College where I attend, and only a few miles away from UC ...

    I absolutely love my apartment at Northwood Village Apartments because it is very homey. We have an awesome managers and maintance crew here also who keep us up-to-date with everything going on. Our residency has easy access to the bank, grocery stores, gas stations, merced college, food places and the mall. Northwood is a very quiet and nice place to live.

    Northwood Village has rapidly become a residence for college kids due to its proximity to the University and Merced College, just up the street. So if you don't like loud parties, and noisy football players coming and going after midnight--DON'T live here. It used to be a nice quite place to live for residents of all ages. But now, be prepared to call the Security Patrol or police for ridiculous noise levels after midnight....or drama in the parking lots. Millenials rule the roost and have ...

    I have no complaints about the Northwood Village apartments! I've had such a great experience living here thus far. The location is in a decent neighborhood and less than a mile from grocery stores and dining. The Merced Mall, target, and most other errands you would run are only a mile or so away. The location is ridiculously convenient. The apartments are also located directly across from the community college and stadium which is perfect for morning and evening exercise. As a female UC Merced ...
    student, I have always felt safe going for an evening run around the neighborhood and stadium. The apartments themselves are cute, clean, and very quiet! Ideal for the serious and motivated college students and busy working families. The UC Merced campus is only a 7 minute drive from the complex.   • Just superb place to live!

    I am living here for about a month. Its really an amazing place to live. It is very quiet so we can do our activities with concentration without any interruption. Also, area has many facilities like college, marketplace and hospital very nearby. I really like the swift maintenance services provided my management. They really take very good care for their residence. I surely recommend other to join this community if they want to have some great time with awesome stay!

    Great apartment. First time moving. The fact that it's right across for the college is perfect for us college students. Office and maintenance people are really friendly and helpful when we needed assistance when we ask for the washer and dryer. Only bad thing was the inside of oven was dirty when we first moved in and smoked at first before we wash it. Other than that really good place to live.

    I've been living at Northwood village apartments for about two years now as a student. Besides the convenient location the staff and other residents are incredible. The staff here are super nice and hold holiday events for the residents in which we can earn gift cards and have some treats. I haven't had a problem with them and hope that I don't. I've really enjoyed living here in my 2 bed 2 bathroom appartment and would highly recommend it.
