A pleasant experience so far.
January 18, 2015I am preparing to move to Nora Pines and other than being a little organized as to which apartments were available they have been very professional and helpful. I have visited the property many times especially at night. It has been very quiet not a lot of people out. One time I went there were some young boys basically taking advantage of 11p curfew. They weren't causing trouble or being loud, just walking. I've read several reviews and asked people that have lived there what their experience ...was and so far. I've received mixed reports. Online reviews say they aren't good to work with, they are ghetto, the apartments are infested, they advertise private but they tore them down once they moved things like that . The reports I received from people I know who have lived there, loved it. The only thing was they felt they have good maintenance crew just not enough of them to get to you in a decent time frame. What I've noticed is that there are a lot of families there, I was told they have since hired more maintenance workers. The private patio/balcony were tore down to be replaced. The grounds are always clean even around the dumpsters. I haven't had any communication issues and they have very open with any questions that I had. Some Of the complaints I've seen online were years ago and since corrected and it sounds like reports from a disgruntled tenant.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
