Norwalk Metropointe has been very stressfull to deal with because of the miscommunication and them losing our security deposit and our first weeks rent and its been almost a month since I've emailed them and they still haven't responded back.

I love everything about the community! I lived in the hood some of my life and to be on my own and call this my home is something what me and my son needed. The space in the unit is amazing the outside of the property is so quiet and maintained. This is a great area full filled with a lot of good spirited people! I love the area I use to work out here when I was younger and this area is just so peaceful! I absolutely am in love with my unit!

For the amount of rent being paid in this apartment, one will expect more. It’s lots of repairs on almost a daily one can barely get a good rest in their home during the day. The trash bin is right by the exit and enter door of the upper garage and if that happens to be your parking space get ready to inhale stinky decaying smell everyday, it’s a roach infested community and if you live in a level where you have another person living above you also get ready to hear their waking and sleeping ...

There has been criminal activities such as shootings on the streets surrounding the complex. Homeless people always seem to make their way into the garages to either sleep or dig in the garbage. Cars are broken into even though they are in a gated garage. Construction seems to be always happening on the street. Garbage is always overflowing. They add monthly charges after you've signed the lease such as valet trash and other utilities on top of the normal utilities. These charges are charged ...

The staff at the community were super weird we didnt know we got approved, no one bothered to call us and welcome us. This is the worst move in ever, they gave us a unit that had many failures and not ready for anyone to move in to. The ac didnt work, the windows could not be closed and locked properly, there was only hot water in the sink, no cold. The place was stinks and dirty. And the worst part was the upstair unit resident. Not his fault but the ceiling is making so much noise and he is ...

Hello -
We walked the apartment with you the day before you moved in and we made note of a few minor repairs that needed to be addressed and had those items fixed before you moved in. The next day, we walked the home and confirmed that the unit was in good working order. It is an unfortunate coincidence that the a/c stopped working the following Saturday. On the following Monday, we were able to make the necessary repairs.
When we walked the apartment before you moved in, you mentioned being able to hear the resident walking around in his apartment above you. You agreed with me and claimed to understand when I mentioned that I couldn't tell someone how to live in their apartment and that it is common in an apartment to hear some level of noise from the unit above you. I offered you at that time to switch to another unit on the 3rd floor and showed you the floor plans that we had coming available. You opted to keep the previously selected unit and continued with your move-in the ...
following day. Since you are now requesting to be transferred to a unit on the 3rd-floor mid-lease, there is a fee associated with that.
