    These apartments are old and just barely made over to look presentable. Maintenance is sadly lacking and the manager here is bereft of the necessary skills to run the place including when multiple tennants complain about mold in the apartments. Do not waste your money here is my advise and what we were told actually by a tennant who was moving out.

    Anyone looking for an apartment should take a look at Norwich Court Apts. Apartments are well maintained , up-to-date & very clean. The court yard is maintained weekly & kept looking clean & neat. The manager is very responsive to any problem that may occur at your apartment. She makes sure the problem is taken care of in a very timely manner & correctly done. She goes out of her way to make sure you are pleased with how the problem is taken care of.   • Awesome Complex and Manager

    This complex is the best place I have seen in a long time. Its very clean and people are really friendly. The apartment we were shown was awesome and very spacious. The manager here is awesome also. She was very friendly and took the time even if it meant staying late to show us the apartment and answer all our questions. She was so very helpful. I am really looking forward to moving here if everything works out for me. The place is wonderful and so is the manager!

  • Skip the headache

    This place is okay unless you have children, or pets, or snore, or watch tv, or slurp your soup, or do anything other than mediatate silently in the apartment. Renters are far too eager to contact management if they can't hear a pin drop. You then get an unprofessional notice/write-up basically stating you either shut up or leave. Skip the headache, don't rent from here.

    I am 20 years old and I finally have my own place. My apartment is awesome. The manager here is great. If something breaks in my apartment the maintenance guy is right there to fix it. It is really nice having someone else mow your lawn and shovel the snow. All's i have to do is go to work and come home. Apartment complex is really close to downtown so I can just walk to the stores. Of course moving out also brings bills I never had to pay before and Mom isn't here to do my laundry and cook my ...
