April 29, 2021I have been a resident for almost three years and this community has been absolutely stellar. This midtown neighborhood is quiet, well kept, and perfectly located near Downtown, many restaurants (incl. the 12 South area), and the 65/40/440 highway interchanges. While the actual building has always been secure, security of the parking area has also been dramatically heightened with floor to ceiling security gates and improved lighting to protect your vehicle from break ins. The management team ...has been nothing but pleasant, professional, and attentive to resident concerns/requests and Maintenance has been incredible; knocking out service requests within 24/48 hrs. I am truly happy with my situation and would recommend anyone looking for a new home to check out this community!Property Manager Responded
