We really liked Notting Hill
December 23, 2018We moved to Notting Hill while our house was being renovated and readied for sale. We were looking for a good floor plan in a good neighborhood with flexible lease terms. Notting Hill met all of our expectations and more. The two bedroom plus sunroom apartment had been newly renovated and was in great shape. The management and maintenance staff are terrific, friendly and responsive. The complex is extremely pet-friendly, with a dog park, lots of areas to walk, pooper scoopers, and ...maintenance men who seem to always have dog treats! We had a couple of maintenance issues which were immediately resolved. There is a good mix of graduate students, young families, and older people. Quiet, orderly, well-run, nice people, flexible lease terms--what more could you want? We have seen many apartment complexes in Chapel Hill over the years, since our children have lived in them while at UNC and working, and this is the best by far. Awesome place with dedicated staff
June 20, 2018I would come back to Notting Hill in case that I return to Chapel Hill. It was difficult for me to choose right apartment, but actually it's more difficult to satisfy my own choice. The first impression from kind staff(Bao) continued till the end, helping out a lot in every aspects. Apartment itself is well maintained, even if you find tiny defect, it would be fixed by staff's close care. You can reach to almost every where since the ramp to highway is just next to you.
