The apartment has lots of room. It flows well and does not feel cramped like some apartments do. The pool is great. The hours are generous and there is a pool just for adults so I can swim laps whenever I want without having to worry about kids playing. The tennis courts are a plus as well. The location is good as well. There is a lot in this area. Maintenance does a good job of keeping things in repair and looking good.

Nottingham apartments are truly a great place for any family or single/couple individuals to stay. Friendly staff especially the property manager, Misha, and an outstanding maintenance department are always available when you need help. If there is the slightest of an issue they will act on it immediately. Your request is not put on a waiting list ...
for days or even weeks. These units have been well maintained by a group of professional personnel. You would definitely feel safe and secure in Nottingham at any time of the day. There are many residents around who have been living at Nottingham for many years and they all said there have been little to no issues involving security. So if you're looking for a great place to call home? Nottingham is the place! Nottingham cares for their tenants and guests. One more thing we must say is that Nottingham allows you up to 10 days to pay your rent in which it helps tremendously allowing you to catch up on your bills each month and they accept credit card as payment so it is a great plus since you can earn some rewards points using credit card when paying rent each month.

Nottingham Apartments could not be more convenient. I can walk to many places like the grocery store, bank, post office and gym and am an easy drive from great shopping and medical centers. The nearby restaurants are wonderful. The apartment is spacious and has a flow to it that really works. Two vanities and two walk in closets in the master suite! I have owned homes that I liked a lot less than I like this apartment. The apartment is well insulated and our utility bills have been ...
surprisingly low. The frosting on the cake is the two pools. One is for kids and one is for adults so I can swim laps without interfering with the kids having fun. We have not needed many repairs but when we did maintenance was quick to arrive and did a great job! Apartments are quiet. I almost never hear sound coming from the apartments next door.

And friendly neighbors who actually care about you and act as "Sponsors" during your move-in. Not at all like San Diego where you really didn't know one another much less speak to them for more than a minute or so and could care less if you needed something. When was the last time a neighbor cooked you a wonderful meal and brought it over to you? What a pleasant surprise it was.
You feel safe and secure in Nottingham. Talking to residents there have been little to no issues involving security.
When a DIY project is approved by their staff, you can set up and do upgrades to your patio and other common areas as nice as you would like, as if you owned your townhouse. So if you're looking for a great place to call home? Nottingham is the place! If you are just looking for an old place to crash this is not it. Nottingham cares for their tenants and guests.
