    I moved into my apartment with my brother a couple months ago, and so far it’s great! The landlord is nice, and honest about everything. We have seen a few bugs, but nothing crazy. I hate bugs, but I just have to deal with them. The water is included, so that’s very helpful. Electric bill is pretty cheap, but that could be because we know how to turn the lights off. I’ve been seeing a few people say that’s the price of the apartments are overpriced, and i disagree. It’s pretty cheap compared to ...
    some places. So far we love our apartment, and are happy that we picked this place.

    I love my apartment. I have NEVER seen one bug. The best soundproof between apartments. Windows aren't great. Single pane. But maintenance is always working hard. Lawn mowers are loud but quickest I have ever seen in 60 years. This place is nice, quiet, and clean. Don't listen to reviews from 10 years ago!!!

    Ok, if you’re not scared of spiders invading your home on a daily basis, keeping in mind there is a monthly fee for bug control….Overpriced and not worth the money. Clueless management, not helpful with any maintenance issues, totally waste of money and effort moving in here, now I’m stuck paying rent for this dump!!!

    The last reviewer was correct. The rent has been hiked so much each year it has almost doubled in just 2 short years. They came into our apartments ripped out plumbing and came back and patched it up like 3rd graders using paste on construction paper. Siding is coming off the building, structural supports are rusted and have holes forming from rust. I could go on and on, this property management team is riding the coat tails of the past company, they will smile in your face and stab you in the ...

  • Greedy, not worth the money.

    The rent has gone up 27% year over year, this property is barely worth what we paid when we moved in, the arguenent of staff is that it is Markey rate, maybe if the market they're looking at was uptown Charlotte. If you want to get fleeced and have a subpar experience move in, if you want to avoid the fleece keep looking.

  • Really nice Landlord

    The landlord is really nice and stays out of your business unless another resident complains about you. Apartments are good size for the price. Have had issues with bugs and bees but the landlord was quick to respond. The area is ok. They are older apartments so there are issues with things needing to be replaced.

    If you are looking for a GREAT community that is child/pet friendly, with an AWESOME staff that is dependable and reliable, then you're home. There's a gym, several eateries, i.e. Chick-Fil-A, Dunking Donuts, Starbucks, Olive Garden, McAllister's, just to name a few. Target, Walmart, Ross, Big lots and more.     ive lived in nottingham for a little over 2 years and i love the community. Everyone is friendly and mostly keep to themselves. The management staff is amazing and actually care about the tennents. Whenever i called maintainence they arrived promptly and would actually listen tobthe problem. My complaints about this apartment are very few. First was that, when living in a downstairs apartment, you can literally hear EVERYTHING your upstairs neighbor is doing. Second my apartment has no garbage ...
