No working dryers
July 24, 2022This appartment complex does not have timle maintenance. Their single dryer per building has broken down 3 times in the past month. No urgency in fixing the issues.Review from Apartments.com
Don’t move here if you like things to work.
September 11, 2021I currently live here, and I don’t recommend it. Yes, the apartments are decent, spacious, and low cost, but since we moved in, we’ve had a problem with maintenance. Our laundry room still doesn’t work, we haven’t had a working dishwasher since move in (the new one they installed fills up and doesn’t drain), our A/C was out for the entire month of July. Our roommate tried to tell the staff that her toilet was leaking 3 separate times, but they said it wasn’t. It got to the point where it leaked ...into her room and soaked her carpet, and that’s when they finally fixed it. They’re short on staff, and their contractors for major repairs simply aren’t reliable. They’ve came for the laundry room but cancelled shortly after due to low staff as well. Their solution for the laundry room not working was to give us a key to another building, which is great except for that buildings laundry room also has issues. There’s trash throughout the halls and in the courtyard. It seems they do not have a janitor or groundskeeper. If you can’t afford anywhere else and don’t mind nothing working, it’s the place for you.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

September 26, 2018I have lived at Nottingham now for 2 years and I can tell you that I will be resigning for another year when my current lease is up in a few months. The staff always finds a way to help me with any issues I have. The office staff is nice when I walk in and competent in helping me get answers to my questions. Maintenance is helpful and gets things repaired for me quickly. A few improvements have been happening and it is nice to see that they are trying to keep up our neighborhood.Review from Apartments.com
Aweful-Don't waste your time.
October 1, 2016I decided to move in here thinking the price is reasonable and it looks like a cozy place. This was the worst mistake if my life. After two weeks if living in my apartment, roaches started appearing out of the furnace closest, then under my kitchen sink. What gets me, is I asked the leasing office if there were any issues with infestation and I was assured no. That was a lie. When I reported the issue to the leasing office, they sounded shocked and wanted to know how they got in my apartment. ...They, sent someone out to spray. They would not let me out of my lease, after I explained health issues and fear of roaches. After talking with other residents in the building the roach issue had been an issue for a year according to other tenants. They also reported the office was aware, but was not really trying to solve the issue. After many letters to their headquarters, they decided to spray the entire building.
