Don't live here
September 5, 2019I've been here since 2015 and its terrible. Only reason I can't move is I live paycheck to paycheck. I Literally Pay 300.00 just in PNM alone. Tried figuring it out with management. They don't care. They're online system is broken and charged me 80.00 as a late fee even though it wasn't my fault! Sketchy ppl/drug dealers/multiple arrests a month/needles outside/thin walls/car vandalism/SMELLS/ect. Move ANYWHERE ELSE.Review from Apartments.com
Laurels at Uptown
September 24, 2016Lived there, under T&C Mgt. They spent some money sprucing up the outside so it looks better in the pics. Security isn't bad for as long as people don't prop the doors open (they do). It might be in uptown but it's not upscale. I'm not sure if my cabinets and appliances where supposed to be vintage or just cheap...guess they were both. Floor was warped from water damage, which might have explained the cockroach. Maintenance could have been better. Had issues with the stove, keeping towel rack up ...(not properly mounted), walls were thin (I wasn't getting any but the guy in the next apartment was) and the people above me, up all hours of the night but I guess that's apartment living. My apartment was OK at the time for the money, they've go up since I left. Can't see why, better apartments down the street for slighter more than they are asking but much nicer (where I am now). If you want the price leader in Uptown, go to the Laurels, if you want a nicer (decent) place, go down the street (either direction). Oh yeh, the pool is not "sparkling".Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
